The underdog is not always the good, right, and just one. Hamas and the people in Gaza and the West Bank are clearly the underdogs, but their violent actions are not justified. On Putin’s birthday, we saw the consequences. I doubt any rational actor would resort to such barbarity.
Hamas has been ruling Gaza for a long time. Over the years, they have gained more power than the ordinary people in Gaza.
You can see the distortion when you look at their spokesperson or their gunmen. Their soldiers who release hostages are big and well-fed, unlike the average person there.
The world tries to contain the situation, but it’s like putting a lid on boiling water. Soup is good, but you need a pressure cooker to make it faster. You will understand what happens when pressure builds up.
The world should help the people in Gaza, not the elitist jerks who hide their money and lie behind fancy suits and fat bellies in places like Qatar.
Forget that. They are great at digging tunnels. They can make tunnels that withstand huge explosions.
NYC has taken how long to dig the 2nd Ave tunnel? How about the Boston big dig? Or the lack of subways in most cities! Hamas needs to wake up and be smarter!
Instead of paying desperate people or lying and promising the sun, or whatever the imaginary nonsense is, they should get contracts to help the world and themselves build huge infrastructure projects.
Would it not be far better to facilitate a trade that their people that clearly they have experience with, instead of being dumbasses and nihilistic atheists under the guise of "Islamic fundamentalism" and using money for evil. The USA kept pressure on Israel to let the election proceed and look what occurred, now we have Hmas Qatar despot and Iranian money used to murder and train and buy weapons of war!
Let's just cut the crap out and hire Hamas to expand transportation in major cities and not pretend that everyone is the same with the same abilities.
Let's all agree we want better transit. With such comes huge benefits for a country. One benefit would be better restaurants!
A delicious Chinese restaurant was opened in the suburbs of Westchester. They have a second location I had been to before and am bored waiting. I usually chat.
I asked why one restaurant is much better tasting. His answer made perfect sense: people without cars such as the working class or immigrants need to be taught and given useful skills or their life will never be elevated.
Anyway, the manager told me, they have a hard time getting Americans to spend 1+ hours to get to and fro work. And so the better chefs and servers without cars etc stick to dense regions and avoid the 'burbs.
Hamas should change their charter or lay down arms! If not, well that would hurt! And let's teach them how to better organize labor and society through the core of 770?
Let's just hire Hamas to form a tunnel and repay the world for the destruction caused.
